Fun game!

There's a weird input bug when you take on a quest - It reads the spacebar input twice and you get to the "You don't have this potion yet" screen.

I like what the quest system promises - But I can imagine with the potion system and the quests, you'd be motivated to make yourself really powerful and then take on the quests easily afterwards.

I think your game would also benefit from a seamless scene scroll and not the "jump" from scene to scene that's happening now

Can't quite pin down what it was, but the enemies and day/night cycle felt odd - The numbers moving insanely fast felt arbitrary, maybe just the sun graphic on its own is enough. And the enemies attacked at a strange distance, I couldn't tell where is the safe zone - I think it would be better if the projectiles just culled at the edge of the screen and not at a set distance
